Project Overview
We operate in ed-tech, helping hundreds of thousands of students with academic needs. Our platform offers academic paper writing services, allowing clients to select work types, set requirements, and communicate directly with authors. We’re continuously expanding our product’s functionality to enhance customer experience and improve financial results.

We are looking for you if you have: 
- 3+ years of experience conducting research in a product or design environment
- Understanding the core principles and importance of UX research
- Managing all UX research processes from the problem/request detection to the presentation of the results
- Experience with a wide range of both qualitative and quantitative methods like surveys, in-depth interviews, and user tests (usability tests, tree tests, 5-second tests)
- To be a plus - work with different niches or products on the US market

Responsibilities:
- Advocate for user-centered approaches across the organization
- Conduct studies aligned with business OKRs, target audience, and product vision, selecting appropriate methodologies
- Generate insights through various frameworks (personas, journey maps, JTBD)
- Analyze data from multiple sources including analytics and stakeholder input
- Create and present actionable research findings to stakeholders while maintaining an organized research repository
